Can't Update

I just tried to install Ryzom to play the 7 day free trial, but I can't seemed to update it. There is always a error about 25% of the way through which shut down the program, so I reopen it and try to update agai n and it finish. Then I try to play and it verifies the file sizes and they don't match. Anyone know how to remedy this problem, I really am looking forward to playing this game... Be nice to play an MMO that isn't as shallow as WoW for a change.

When there are some network glitches, like transient packet loss, somewhere between you and the server then patching will fail. Poking the various ports into your firewall will sometimes help. Try resetting all of your network devices including your PC.

I have noticed a lot of packet loss on one of the major backbones that Road Runner uses in the US. So that would definitely cause problems for those players.
