Don't pay for next month, will my char still be there? will i be able to go on at a later time and reactivate per se?

Characters are guaranteed for a certain amount of time - I think its 6 months but don't quote me on it. In practice it seems that only characters created on Trial Accounts are subject to this, and virtually all "full" accounts have characters kept on them indefinately.

Yes that's true, I know people who have been away for ages, have come back and their characters are still there.

Players who have subscribed at some point have been able to retrieve their characters after very long absences. The 90 day limit is for those doing thr free trial and not subscribing.
