Help, I need to rescue Speedy.

Several days back, almost 2 weeks now, I attempted to get some of the AoI tp’s I seem to be missing. Tried several times and acquire some serious DP in the process, but over all it was fun and a big change from the usual trek. The downfall is I was not able to get any of the tp’s, there was a kitin patrol that made it impossible for me to get anywhere. So, I asked for help but we got stomp as well. Of course we were very determined, and by this time our DP was ridiculously rising, so-we decided to get our mounts. We figure our mounts can outrun those nasty spider-like creatures and finally I would have some use for the mount. –I had purchased my mount, which I affectingly call Speedy, some days before and had not used him since. After I bought him, I wonder what I can possibly do with him since its only purpose seems to be more storage apace. We cannot fight while riding one and using it to move packers from one city to another had proven to be equally useless. (And I’m just going to skip the mount bug, not even going to mention how I became invisible after writing Speedy for the first time.)



We mount our mounts and ride off from Natae to AoI non stop, avoiding some nasty Gingos, Torbacks, and Ragus along the way. That was fun and I must admit I enjoyed riding Speedy. We reached the portal and enter the caves. The Cave was quiet, and from the portal trough the tunnel I could feel deaths cold breeze taunting me. My heart was pounding fast and my hands started to sweat from the expected danger, I knew that this was going to be difficult but my curiosity over ruled any good sense. I mean we want adventure and some times we have to risk it all, even our lives.



We decided to ride along the eastside wall, on the alert and in suspense for the unexpected. It wasn’t long before the creatures in the cave sniffed us, the first to approach us was a Yerk, but those are harmless unless provoked. The second animal to spot us was a baby Karusta, now we all know how nasty those little ones can be, Speedy became unsettled but I calmed him down; the Karusta raised his two front claws and moved to attack, but before it could reached us the Yerk intervene. Their struggle had begun giving us the opportunity to make our escape. Speedy ran fast and swift making great distance from the incident and taking us to what we thought was a safe spot. However, there are no safe spots in AoI. We forgot that little Karusta’s come from big nasty mama and papa Karustas, along with 8-10 other siblings Karusta. Yup, we were doomed.



Immediately I pulled on my rope and jabbed Speedy’s ribs, so hard, he almost knocked me off. With unbelievable speed he pushed trough avoiding every attacked, we galloped aimlessly as the six or seven Karusta’s chased us. My friend had run in the opposite direction, he was not so lucky, I could hear him scream as they attacked him and his mount. Speedy and I ran and ran, seeking shelter and a place to hide, hoping to return to my friend and res him. But as we turn to avoid the Karustas, we found ourselves at a dead end, near an abandoned outpost, populated by all kinds of aggro. It was then that I did the most sensible decision; unmount Speedy, and quickly used one of my teleports hoping to return with some help to res my friend.



I was able to escape but not fast enough to help my friend. In the long run, I got no tp’s and lost my mount. I have tried several times to get him back but to no avail. The aggro always gets me and leaves me feeling Dplicious. My last attempt earned me 700k in dp and my friend 2.5mil. Therefore I am posting Speedy’s sad story in hope that a team can be formed to help this Siren get her mount back. He is soon going to run out of food and will most likely die. I don’t want to loose him. If you read this story and would like to help, please reply here so that a team can be form to recover my mount from AoI.

Unfortunately all my resources went into making this new guild, I still owe dappers for the GH I purchased. I don't have any suitable amount of dappers that can even be consider for a reward. Sad to say, no there is no reward.



Do I need help yes. I am relying on the kindness of strangers and those that know me to help me with this terrible incident. I know that there are some players out there that would love an adventure and in return help me get my mount back.

I welcome all hands Vguerin, Sirens are friends of everyone. Yes our guild is exclusive to girl toons, but that doesn't mean that we hate boys. On the contrary we love you guy toons, who else would we have clean up our GH.

I would love to help as well. I was planning to get those tps in the Abyss of Ichor anyway. I would even bring my mount, but somehow it is back in the middle of an aggro field in Loria. I can't imagine how it got there again after the last successful rescue. I'm beginning to think it likes the Death Cute better than me.
