Why arnt I an Elder of Atys?

I upgraded my beta account which I used on the first AND second open beta. My mates tell me that I should be an elder of atys. Why arnt I?

Only participents of the first closed betas and the FBT got this title.

there is an issue regarding this atm, I have the same problem :/

and not even all of those....

apparently some of us didn't get the email even if we were in the closed betas (I was accepted into the end of Focus beta, my friend was in Beta 2 & 3... no emails). Some people got the email, upgraded, and still don't get the whole thing.

Yet some people have it in-game. I know its just a title, but its also recognition for participation and currently seeing some of the people who have it (and didn't do much to deserve it) and some of those who don't (who tested their hearts out) is a bit disgusting.
