The Last Tale chapter 6 part 1 The Orb of Life

Post by legokid »

I came home from a huge battle in the Void, totaly soaked from the storm over FairHaven when i saw sight that stranger then anything i've seen before. The amber cubes that contain the the tale were glowing each a different color.I dont know whats going one but ill keep all of you up to date. Here's The Orb of Life part one.

“What is this, a stone in a wound?” Le’Sido asked wiping off the blood. “That’s a mount stone it’s used to make sculpture. But why is it in a slash wound, well at least he moved when you removed the stone.” A karavan gunner said while finishing wrapping a wound. Nothing less was said everyone was to busy wrapping the wounds of the zoria. “Ga’Lorda put some stinga oil on that cut and left set up camp.” La’Beka said before taking a gulp of water.

Later that night in front of the camp fire were the trykers and the karavan chatting until a high officer raised her hand to hush the group every one quieted. “Trykers there’s something that you must know if you don’t, do you know of the Orb of Life?” They shook their heads. “Well you’d better get something to drink it a long story.” They got some water and noodles “Ok are we ready?” They nodded. “Long ago when Atys was still a growing orb was created, no one knows what made the orb or how it was just there. All we know is that this orb had a life giving aura that helped atys grow so fast. Because of those bloody kittin we lost the cubes the contained the information about the orb. Luckily we saved twelve cubes that contain the information about atys when it was young; the orbs were divided among the races for protection. We copied the cubes before we gave them to the homins so if the kittin attacked again we’d have back up cubes.” But she was interrupted. “What one second you copied amber cubes! It takes several days just to copy half an amber cube.” Be’Cona yelled. “Ha-ha you silly tryker we have done and do more impressive things then copy an amber cube.

Anyway from what the cubes tell us the orb is huge and white and had a green, blue, yellow, and red mist around it and its power could be sensed for miles. Over the years the orb became covered in vines and leafs hiding it for hundreds of year till homins found it on Nexus. The Trykers had just escaped the matis grasp and started to build their new home in the lake land….The fire is low we should get some wood.” She said getting up to go get some fire wood. When they returned they stared at the moon for a minute just to relax. “Why…why dint you help our kin? Why weren’t you there? Why didn’t you save from those moster we called master those bloody matis?!” Le’Sinta yelled shaking with tears in his eye. The karavan look away. “Well why….Why didn’t you help our kin? Why weren’t you there you save? To think that Jena calles you her followers!” Le’Sinta cried on his knees beating his fist into the dirt. The other came over and hugged him with tears in their eyes. ”Tell us!” They all yelled. “We couldn’t enter the forest because the kami ruled over all of the forest. We gave Jena our word that we would save the Trykers some how. So we helped the Fryos save you. They said looking away from the trykers. “I’m sorry I yelled at you, will you forgive me?” Le’Sinta cried tears still hitting the ground.

“Please stop crying Windra it our fault we couldn’t help your people. You guys have a right to be mad at us.” A scout said looking deep into the icy jungle hoping not to look at the trykers. “Well when you think about it the early karavan help the tryker, the fryos and showed us to our new home. We may have failed each other some back then but fixed that failure with something greater.” La’Beka said trying to cheer up everyone. “Your right what happened in the past stay in the past. We should continue the tale tomorrow we need our sleep and the zoria are going to be out for a day or two.” The high officer said getting up to douse the fire. The other got up look at each other a nodded before they walk for to their tents.
