This thing is fun, fascinating, and hilarious.

Last night me, Daemion, and Rokk went into Psykopla Knoll to try it. We killed all the Minor Psykoplas, then the Sprightly Bodocs spawned and we went in. We were slaughtered.

We tried again, killing all the Minor Psykoplas. We went in. Budding Psykoplas spawned and we were slaughtered again.

Daemion respawned and came back and rezzed me and Rokk. The Budding Psykoplas seemed to be gone, so we went in again and started taunting the Sprightly Bodocs. I could only taunt one at a time and we thought we could take two at once, so Rokk tried to taunt another one. Then the Budding Psykoplas spawned again (those plants are big, lol, you can hardly see past them where they're crowded in the entrance). It was like, WTF EEK RUN. Miraculously, I got away with Speed and then came back to rez Dae and Rokk.

After that I had to go. But that was a hell of a lot of fun. I'd recommend it for any bored low to mid level teams, even if they end up getting slaughtered repeatedly.

Bodokin's unique in that it has it's own 'lair' and a sort of mini-event around it. First you have to kill all the psykopla's to be able to attack it, then when you start fighting it a hundred more psykoplas spawn and start firing at you. Most bosses just stand in an open spot with a few dozen guardian mobs around it.

Last time I checked it was broken though, the guardian bodocs were unattackable (though they did attack you) and after killing the Bodokin it couldn't be quartered. The patch they're applying now is supposed to fix it:

. The Bodokin encounter will no longer play undead and is pleased to grant rewards once again.

So who will be first to try this after the server is back up?

Not quite. But first experience with Bodokin.
