Quick weapons switch

Hi there!
I know it requests about such function were posted some time ago ( found some post even form last year) but could find any reply not option to quick weapon switch.
What I mean I would like to witch from melee to ranged set with one shortcut - cant quite figure out how to. Is such option avaible?

Sadly no, I don't think it is. It was suggested a fair while ago. Macro's are pretty basic in this game, but then again 'bots aren't an issue either.

Hullo!
Sorry sentri, I dun think there is.
Would also be nice to program a mac to switch from focus jewels to hp jewels, hvy armor to light armor, or from fully cloth to completely nekked in 1 second flat!
Too bad there isn't any inventory managment action in the macros menu
oh, p.s. The macros menu can be accessed thru Shift K

Grouping of gears and fast switch was wished many times. Since there is also a timer on weapon switch this seems to be intention. The good thing is probably that a little teamplay, strategics and a somehow "calmer" gameplay come into game.

Hm too bad no such function were implemented yet.
As for this calm and more strategic game play I agree that it aint bad thing.
But still would be easier to add some sweapon/armors switch macros/keys and to keep right feel there could be timer added so the action will take long enough.
BTW was there any offcial statment regarding this issue from developers?

lol. well, I did ticketed this in the past, also posted it in feedback section.

EDIT: also posted about the inability to run macros for spell + melee (if you place a spell and a melee combat attack in a macro, you will end running to the mob and performing the melee combat, the spell will be ignored), the inability to run macros for prospect and harvesting, inability to place delays in execution of actions and so on. But are more pressing matters about the game. Macros are on the bottom in the list anyway [
