Hi all. I have one question about quests: I'm Matis and Zorai and Fyros don't give me quests (except City Welcomers) regardless of the fact that it is written there they need at least 0 fame (and my fame is 1). What should I do to be able to take quests from them?

Is your global fame with them above 0? You can have a personal fame over 0 but still be below 0 in global fame due to the civilization and/or guild fame for that faction.

Global fame is what counts on mission requirements.

Note that you can also do tasks from wandering npcs.

If you right-click on the quests offered, they will show you what is required in order to be permitted to attempt them, including which areas you are deficient in. You may be asking for quests from a zone too high for you. Also, there are the non functional rite-givers, standing around but offering nothing.

It is written there that they need only 0 fame. I wonder what to do because I want to complete their ritual tasks too.

You'll need a global fame of 0 or better, not just personal. I suspect it's your personal fame that has the value of 1.
