Come in, pull up a chair, let's discuss all things Ryzom-related.

Lend a hand, a helping hand.

Post by vinnyq »

Hey guys, for the people who are bored with the game but still luv Ryzom, and waiting on Outposts, instead of PVP'ing, trying going around and help the new players out a little. It can be load of fun, honest.

Offer to take them on treks, or help them level, etc.

Just a suggestion, not trying to decide how you want to play the game.

Don't hit me!

Or, you know, help escort them a few places, teach them a few tricks, tell them tales of past deeds, make up little missions for them and pay them off when they complete them...

I did that before on Windy was great fun we took like 30 "EXP challanged" players to kill Bodokin (back then there was the free triles that ya didnt need CC for there was alot of peeps playing)
Made it a event for them to kill the Evil Bodoc and after it all i told em to PM me took down the names and made them all Excl Burning Fyros 2h swords for helping defeat this evil menace :D
I think they enjoyed it heh
Edit: just so ya know i aint just all about killing homins :D

awesome, glad to hear it, Visual Basic :)

There's a buncha new players in the welcome board that is having some trouble with the doggies outside Yrkannis. See if you can toughen them up a liddle and git them some muskles (the newbies, not the doggies).

I often help em out. :) Was slightly offputting when the last one asked me to craft some stuff an give it him later. The next day he'd joined a guild & got kitted out. Thanks for the /tell - mail telling me not to waste my time mate. ;)

Thats a good idea i'll have four newbies dig mats for me. one wil get wood, one will get resin ect. for armor then i'll give them a dapper a mat. j/k

besides it would be hard to find newbies that could dig high enough q for my armor.

oh well exploring is more fun

Trykers are not short! All the other races are freakishly tall.
