We are aware of some issues with some credit cards not being verified by the credit card vendor. We have noticed, in some cases, it has to do with pop-ups, anti-virus software, or firewalls. Some credit card companies require extra security verification which can come in the form of a pop-up. In some cases, the issue stems from needing to verbally verify a charge from a non-North American source. The vendor is located in Europe as is the charging company, Nevrax.

Do you know what the problem was in the end? Might help others who've had the same problem to know the solution.

Yes and the same thing happened to my wife, when you click Canada from the what country button for some reason if defaults to the Caymen Islands (sp) or something like that. I only noticed it when I was looking at my account info, so it would not accept my cc being from Canada.rivkah wrote:Do you know what the problem was in the end? Thanks for the update on this. I think knowing to check the country it defaults to is important.
