how do you cancel trial account?

a freind of mine lost his internet connection..
he is on Trial here in Ryzom.
He want to know how he can cancel that trial account without having to become a member.
He cannot acces the Ryzom game (unless he acces it from my computer).
Any idear on how he can cancel his trial account?

I seem to have a problem accessing the account section [im guessing you use the same login as the game]

I recieved no e-mail on joining the trial so if information that is relevent is contained within there obviously i cannot access it. I have even tried the forgotten password but i still recieve no mail!!

any ideas? should i wish to unsubscribe i would lke to be able to...

In that case you should log into Klients (live support chat tool) and talk to one of the GMs. They should be able to sort your problem out. You might want to check if the email from Ryzom didn't end up in your junk email/spam folder... since that tends to happen too.

Your account profile password was sent in an email and is not the same as your game password. Use the lost password link to get a new one sent.
