Damage/wear on equipment during PvP?

I realize that PvP does not give one death penalty. Does PvP and dueling cause damage and/or wear to one's armor, weapons and jewels however?

It does... so does crafting. I think you can ride your mount around town without damage to your armor... unless you run into something nasty... like a kincher or Basic

Yes PvP and dueling damages gear, I have specific gear for it and it absolutely takes damage...

And there probably is wear on your stuff becuase it wears for everthing else..then again, it was just the other day that I actually learned there wasn't any dp from PvP..so who knows..maybe...
