am required to redownload patches each time

Every time I run the program I have to download 50megs of patches. Why don't they stay saved? This adds a very long loading time before I can play each and every time.

These has been happening occasionally to some players. I don't remember all possible cures but you should check that you have plenty of free space on your hard drive and you could try these suggestions http://www.ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15428

How odd, I made a post in this thread minutes after it was created, and it's completely disappeared. I wonder if the words "old problem rearing it's head" are against the CoC? Shame really, I thought the tips were acceptable

I have seen some funny things with first responses to threads especially first response appearing after there has been some later comments. I thought I was just imagining and had forgotten first response already. Maybe there is some problems with forum software or I could be just imagining...

I've noticed some oddities like that as well.. Like you, I usually could not remember if I had posted something or just meant to post something, or if I never actually completed the post process (which happens alot as I'm usually traipsing between several screens and often close windows I didn't mean to ).

thanks for the tips, I am low on disc space [ 6500 mp3s ] so I'll free some up. As for missing messages, I don't know but maybe im just a jinx
