This just in from Nevrax:

Technical : Update of the Billing System Tomorrow (Wednesday)

On Wednesday, June 29th, we will perform an update of our billing
system from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm (Paris local time, GMT+2). During the
update, you won't be able access or edit your account profile and your
payment details. New subscriptions to the game will also be denied.

This is a maintenance update, apart from the change on the welcome email
sent to new subscribers discussed yesterday.

Would not this be more like an announcement than feedback item? Just noticed that there is no more server specific Announcement sections. Is feedback forum taking role of announcement forum also?

I think it is veeeery bad idea as most players should see server specific announcements and they are not going to look feedback forum for those. Announcements will be lost in middle of numerous feedback threads.

No, this is just a place where you can comment on the news items we publish. The announcement board has been removed, since we moved the news from the forums to the front page of the website.

Or, you could use the main site more oftern - since that's where all news, annoucments, and other things are posted.

Well, it seems that everything but the server announcements are echoed here anyway - i.e. links to director letters and Q&A articles on the main site.

So, the forum has links to things which are 'semi-important' at best, and critical news such as server outage is on the main website? Not exactly the most logical way of presenting information methinks.

personally i'd like to see them make use of rss for the frontpage, this way they could save many of us lots of time

Hehe, look at the mainpage now. It is not suitable for announcements as it is now. All last months news has been archived and removed from front page.

I suggest you show couple of last news items even if they are from last month

Bigest problem is they keep changing locations for their info and dont' "announce" there they putting it.

Im sorry but this they not good at yet. As for their front page, been bugged now for 4days.
So i would recomend to bring back the info to the forums there players normaly look first.
