- Fixed a bug related to mektoubs inventory caused by the weight limit of 500. You were not able to fill several stacks of a type of item in these inventories. This was a weight issue which appeared when filling a mektoub inventory with stacks of 999 pistol ammo, which have a bigger weight than bulk. There is no more weight limit on mektoubs (packers and mounts).

Re: [DEV] Mektoub Inventory Bugfix
Ehm, no more weight limit?
Maybe I am messing up weight and bulk again, but does this mean I can put in an unlimited amount of mats on my packer?
Or is bulk something like size and is weight the kg's?

Weight is how heavy
Bullets are smaller than materials... They take up less room on the packer. But they are also heavier (being bullets).
Think of it as the difference between a card box that can hold a large tv (when its not flat packed) and weights. Weights take up less space but weigh more.
Re: [DEV] Mektoub Inventory Bugfix
Back to the bugfix, I don't understand what was the bug. Looks like "working as intended" to me.

No weight limit is ok - I think there is none on players, except you get slowed down after a certain ammount, which seams fair.
Question is, will (are) packers be slowed down when they will carry too heavy stuff or can they run arround happily with 3 tonns on their backs?

Well, according to the bugfix here, they can carry 3 tonns of bullets and still be hopping throught the grazy fields, as the tiny bricks of .22 stack efficiently and take little bulk.holina wrote:Question is, will (are) packers be slowed down when they will carry too heavy stuff or can they run arround happily with 3 tonns on their backs?![]()
I understand now
