The Kami's Zero Tolerance Policy

Some who know me will notice that I am not writing this in my typical atrocious accent, as this is important, and I wish to be easily understood.
It was requested by one of the liason's that I begin this thread, as apparently the developers are not taking the numerous tickets that have been sent seriously.
According to what I have seen myself, and what reports I have heard, most of the accesible mid- to high-level foraging fields are currently undergoing a bit of a crisis. While I have recieved information from Matis, Zoria, and the lakes that the Kami tolerance is at Zero, or hovering just above it, I can only speak to the state in the desert, to whit, Flaming Forrest. I can usually only log in by 8-9AM EST (1-2 PM BST) and, by then at least, either the Kami begins warning me with the first swing of my pick, or at some point during the first pull. When I am very lucky, I can obtain aproxiamately 100 mats before the smiting begins. At 900-1400 mats per crafting level, this is proving a great hinderance to my chosen path, and rendered months of work invalid. Again, I am by no means discounting the efforts, abilities or frustration of others, as I am hardly the only one that this has affected, but I can only speak to that which I have intimate knowledge. Thus I come to the crux of this post:
A request that you add your voice in response to this issue which currently affects half of the available experience paths, and will eventually affect all as, at the very least, resources become overly scarce, and worse case, crafters get fed up.
All I ask is that responses be limited to those currently affected most, those who either have their entire, or at least current focus in leveling crafting or digging, and that all conflicts over whose fault the angry Kami's are (players, guilds, nation or time zone of origin) be left out of it.
