Graphics problems :(

My free trial just ended today, and when i logged in just now, some of the NPCs items, weapons and creatures had gone pure white and as i moved around them they changed back to normal and then back to pure white with no detail. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or what to do about it? plz plz plz help me :)

Have you tried "check files" or similar button in login screen? That should check if any of your game files is corrupted and fix it.

I think the problem is driver related and OpenGL/Directx.

First try to change to one of them, if still there switch to the other (in the game config menu, it is probably on auto now).

If that didn't help, try updateting your graphic driver (or roll back, if you just upgraded). Might try to do step one again.

If you fell like it, install directx again (shouldn't make much of a difference).

Pure white = bad drivers

Had that once, after installing the Omega (non official then) drivers for nvidia.

Revert to genuine ones, and you should be fine

Make sure to always install video drivers after removing the current ones and rebooting your system. Then ignore the found hardware messages and run the video installer software from the appropriate manufacturer. Some files like drivers will not get upgraded properly if they are in use when you try to over-write them with newer versions.
