gettin in touch with billing/problems

I have made 3 tickets in regards to a billing issue...all seems to go well, but then I will get a failure notice email. Also none of the tickets show up when I check them, the first one being done over 24 hrs ago.
Help!

Did you try emailing
billing-ee@ryzom.com ?

yes...that is the one that comes back with the failure notice email.

and it is in regard to credit card being charged again, even after unsubscription...I saved the emails thank goodness so I have written proof, however If I can never get in touch with anyone......getting kind of worried because it has been a week now....

They seem to consult a blocking lists to stop spamming and your ISP is on that list for some reason. Maybe your ISP does not act against bad behaving customer or it is just a mistake.
Do you have any other email accounts? You could register some free account and send mail using that. Gmail works for sure, send me pm if you want gmail invite from me (it is invite only service).

And mmatto, I used a different , web based email, and it did indeed work..thanks : )
