The "In Development" section has just been updated with new information:

Following up on various comments we have read from you about the new respawn delay of named creatures, we have discussed the topic internally, and we came up with a solution we want to discuss with you. I have thus updated the "In Development" section (http://ryzom.com/?page=player_info-in_dev) accordingly, and added a small bugfix item.
