I am currently on the 14 day trial, and I would like to close my account before any payments are made. How would I go about doing this? The only reason I ask this because, as far as I can tell, there is no option to close the account within the secure account management page.

There should be a link called 'Terminate your current subscription' link in the middle of the page with your account information.
If you don't see it then try clearing your file cache in your web browser and log into the page again.
If you still don't see it then email billing-ee@ryzom.com with your account name and request and they will look into it.
