Position : Trainee at Customer Support Department

The Nevrax Customer Support Department is looking for a trainee for a period
of at least 4 months. The Nevrax CS team provides support 24/7/365 to the various CSR teams of SoR and with deals the technical problems encountered by players. So if you want to discover the background of managing an MMO and the support for players that goes with it; if you have the right skills, this
position is available immediately.

Objectives:

• Taking a role in the CS of an MMO.

• You will have to manage the various day-to-day CS tasks commonly occuring in an MMORPG.

Required skills :

• Fluency in english (written and spoken)

• Rigourus, energetic, motivated and meticulous.

• Good knowledge of computers and the various common software.

• Team work spirit and good communication skills.

• You must have played at least one MMO.

• Being able to adapt to in-house proprietary software.

• Good spelling.

• Calm and patient.

Position: Community Liaison Assistant

Nevrax is looking for a Community Liaison Assistant (internship) to work
with the developer team on the MMORPG the Saga of Ryzom. The assistant
will help collect information for the community and feedback from the players.

Required qualifications (descending order of priority) :

• Passion for MMORPG's and their communities

• Great listening and communication skills

• English (written & spoken)

• Ability to use common computer tools (text editor, image editor, mail,
  etc.)

• Optional : German (written). German as a native language would be a
  huge bonus!

The position is to be filled at Nevrax' development studio, in Paris,
for at least 4 months.
