This morning an issue occured during a regular server reboot which has caused a delay in getting the game up and running for you again. Nevrax have people looking into it now, I'll get more information to you as I have it.

Well, finally, took nearly 45 mins to let us know.

2.5 hours server is down from 10.30 we basicly still dont know a thing, i urge nevrax to make a statement how long it will take, is it going to be in the 1 st hours or not???

the downtime is acceptable but dont let us sit in front of our comp for several hours waiting for something that wont be up for the evening. i dont feel like sitting here 3 more hours doing nothing

when will u guys ever learn that its much worse having no communication at all then the actual downtimes itself

look this is beyond silly i'm sorry, having no time to put something here is crap too, a quick phonecall cant take that long... and all peeps around here would accept the time for the call (maybe 5 more min) that the server will be down longer to get actually an update

i agree it might not be easy to know when it will be up again but i'm sure u can estimate if it will be 15min or 5hours.

U are losing costumers this way...

The game world is now up, there is a connection issue to be fixed and then we're sorted.

.. and properbly even more threads.. use the support tools that is provided for the community to get in touch with the support team..
You cant expect them to keep reading through the forums (besides, I think you rather want them actively trying to correct the problem rather than spending time reading forums).
The Klients chat work well, and if your system crash when using it, I think you need to have your system scanned for various nasty stuff, because many others enjoys the use of it without problems.

if u cant log caus it doenst accept ur freeking log in i cant help it ... as i said in various threads (and it aint my system)

and nope they infact dont have to read it if the servers is 3h down i as admin could imagine peeps are waiting for an explanation right...
