Registration issue

I just registered my account, went through all the steps, login to the English speaking server,and get to character creation page. I have created the character I want, and entered the name- no weird stuff or numbers or anything. All it does is make a little ding noise when i hit submit- nothing else. Ok, no biggie, ill try the chat client. When i try to login, it says "that is not a valid login, try another one", then repeats this EVERY SECOND.
Ok, ill just do the email support. Said i needed to confirm my email address. Got the confirmation email sent to me immediately, got the code. When i try to enter the confirmation code, it says "ERROR: Confirmation failed. Please check your confirmation code." I copied and pasted it, same thing. This appears to be the only way i can get some help. Can anyone help me? Please?

hmz try ryzom recover and i that not works check data (button on login) all i can say atm sounds pretty wierd to me

k, tried chat again, apparently i hit and extra button before and entered the wrong login, now it says "only registered users are allowed to login at the moment". I tried the stuff you suggested too, didnt help Whats the deal? it seems like im not really in the system with them, but i have a profile and everything. The really frustrating thing is that i have NO WAY of contacting the tech support people to figure it out

You are registerd in the Klients chat room - make sure you are using the right version of the Klients app http://www.ryzom.com/data/Klient/chat.players.ee.zip - do not use the NA version - we have to get that link removed.

Thanks, got on the klient now. Any ideas on the char creation problem?

ok, finally got it figured out in case anyone else has this problem. It was my router being whiny, so i just disconnected and everything works fine now .
