It's not on the IGN list because it's not a new release I think. I've been to an E3 and there's actually a hall full of devs and publishers you never even hear about before

i clicked the ps2.ign.com link today and this was in the list:

Nevrax
The Saga of Ryzom (PC)

makes me very very curious what title 2 and 3 will be

(im guessing the extension and planned expansion? D (Ryzom -1-Atys being the listed game?))

hey systemv! how do you get into E3? I wanna go, but it said it's not open to the public. You have to be in the "entertainment" industry or something. What do you do? Is this some sort of easy workaroundable thing?

look at the vids there for SoR, look at the bottom left one on the first page, the character creation and fighting one.

Look at the cool new char creation system, I also noticed a new (summer) hat style on a tryker ^^

I went in both 99 and 2000 when I was at UC Irvine and lived in L.A. . A friend of mine was a tester for Mattel's games division and so had some tickets that coworkers of his weren't going to use.

Anwyho, in that sense if you already have a ticket you just go up to a booth with it, fill out some info on a computer and then a badge is printed out for you. At that time security was very lax, I wasn't even asked for I.D. They did check for badges at the doorways though.

Other than that, if you work in the industry even if it's reviews for a website you just need to fill out that online form and fax a paystub or contract. I've been told they don't scrutinize very much either...

It should be noted that at every E3 I've been to kids of all ages were there even though it's always been a 18 and older rule.
