Problems after the merge

I appear to have lost two of my characters during the merge. At least one of them was on the Noob island, a Zor' by the name of Narala

**Character clean up
To aid the process, characters below level 20 in their highest skills that have not been logged in for 3 months will be cleaned up and no longer available after the merge, on Windermeer and Arispotle. We suggest that if you have a low level character you haven’t used for a while, you may want to log him/her in before the merge happens.
