A journey is not just about the destination.

Post by glipe »

I had written quiet a long post about a trip to Tryker that occurred last night. It was very descriptive, with elements of nudity, violence and eventual triumph. But Internet Explorer didn't like it and ate it. So here is a small post just to say thank you to my companions on that journey. I've never had more fun on an impromptue event than I had on my adventures with the Samsara and friends. The sense of fun never ebbed, even during the one wipe that occurred, though the compomising position that I landed on top of Jyudas in may have had something to do with the amusement on that ocassion. So thank you for making me smile. You were all fantastic and I was priviledged to be allowed to accompany you. :D

I may post a full account but for the moment, IE has sapped my descriptive reserves.

After months of waiting to get to tryker (missing trips, starting trips then the wife or kids needing me so i had to log). The trip last night was good fun, from the wipe you mentioned (how much did you say that screenie was worth) to the refreshing swim in the lake and the constant narative that strobe was shouting on our teamspeak server (RawR!). It was indeed an enjoyable night. Thanks to all who took part.

Its nights like these that give me the constant reminders of just how fantastic Ryzom is.
