Player cant update Free Trial Account (Suggestions)

First if Cerest sees this "hi", yes it Slaval from The Vault and I resubed finally. :D

Anyways user on the vault cant update his account for some reason. And since I have an active account here I let him know I would find out what I can for him.

Which states I really hope someone can help me out here. I played the beta when it came out and then downloaded the trial, and want to buy the game afterwards anyway, but every single time I try to update beta account, the page never loads... ever. And keeps saying it's a server error.
Does anyone know what's going on here? If I need to re-subscribe, fair enough, but my account seems to still be on there, cos they sent me my password...


Thanks in advance for any suggestions and Ill pass them aloung to him in hopes that another player returns. :)

A few of things to try:

- clear the brower cache and cookies
- make sure system is clean of unwanted stuff (scan for viruses and spyware)
- try a different brower
- email billing-na@ryzom.com (or billing-ee, billing-de, billing-fr)
