I am having trouble with my account with Nevrax. Have sent them several emails but no answer so far and also I cant find anywhere a telephone number at the website to contact them except an address.
Pls anyone could tell me a telephone number to contact Nevrax? Its very annoying when nobody answers you and you cant play the game because of a problem with Nevrax organisation.

I had some trouble with my trial, but the support answered nearly at once and they really try to help. I guess it will be ok when i post the mail here. Got it from some website anyway. support europe: support-ee@ryzom.com

I recommend that you use the mail support feature on the official website (http://www.ryzom.com/support/?sor_community=ee) in order to get in touch with our Customer Service staff about your account problem.
If you have not received a reply to a submitted ticket, that probably just means the issue is currently being investigated. I am sure our CS staff will get back to you as soon as they have an answer to your problem.

And I'd just like to add that any problems I've had, as soon as I have raised them with the CSR team they have provided prompt and intelligent advice. Cheers for all the help!

To my limited experience, email support is a joke (never got any response) but ingame support is fast and helpful.
Ingame support won't be much help if you can't get into the game. I suggest you to try Klients chat support as ingame support staff is there too.
