There a many good guilds around. These forums list a few, and more are coming daily. If you are in Matis land I would recommend checking OoC and Melinoe in addition to Pegasus Foundation. If I can answer any questions tell me ingame or leave a PM at the website.

Yes, the Out of Cavern guild (http://www.outofcavern.net) uses TeamSpeak quite a lot.
Sure beats typing when the gingos are at your heels, lol.
