HOw to lose 4mil in Dappers without really trying

Well my story is simple...was just out grinding and went to merchant to buy some mats (q70) . Wasn't paying attention and bought some choice resin (98 of them). Well to my suprise when I got done grinding and was going to buy more mats I discovered that I had bought choice PR resins. Don't know if the person was just storing them or what. If possible I would like to discuss with the owner of them, I could replace them if they wish or they can just keep the 4 mil I spent. It was my own fault for not looking at the price, but again I thought I was just buying grinding mats. If you can help me out please respond to this thread, if you wish to keep the dappers that is fine, it was my own stupidity.

in respect to the previous thread about this I ran my 'toubs from MC to HC yesterday to deposit 800ish mats I had. harvested about 500 more this morning. Doing 2.5k transfers into the GH.

As far as mass Quantity is concerned I believe that running at least two packers (riding a mount) takes just as much time as a transfer via market/port. I can park the meks right outside the GH and run in/out while I have to run all the way to a merchant if they aren't there.

A certain few people are beginning to store large quanties of mats on the vendors. It's not wide spread yet, this could change in the future. Be very careful about prices. If it becomes a population problem, I suppose the devs could step in and change how the vendors work. For the moment, I don't think it's causing too many problems.

I think until they allow your packer to TP with you this exploit will have to remain as is, we need our packers to go with us.

It could be a real problem. People shouldn't be so "clever", earn your money elsewhere. We all are homins of Atys here. We should ready ourselves and kick some kitin ass, we should help eachother.

No need for me to post names, because you know who you are, but some people are taking advantage of others buying frenzies.

For instance, I see 5 stacks of Fine mats for armor shell, all sold by the same player, 4 of the stacks were 518 per mat, 1 stack was 5180 per mat, notice the 0 added on the end, to the average fast click buyer based on the text size that one stack of 5180 looks the same as the 518 and even the price in the (total) is the same but a 0 on the end.

For grind mats, I won't pay over 600 per mat, so I put the price filter on once I started to see this trend growing amongst harvestors.

Most of the time, I'll personally just go out and get my own mats, I only buy them when I see a need to without having to go harvest.

Just curious - How did someone get that large a difference in price [10x]? The selling screen has percents in intervals of 5, up to 100% [does it go over 100%? I've never tried selling for that much...]
