I listen to the chatting of other Evo members on Teamspeak (if any). But if no one's on TS I tend to listen to something relaxing (like Enya or Loreena McKennitt), just to soften my nerves.

Usually have Wave 103 (from GTA Vice City), failing that, whatever happens to be next on the playlist on WMP.

I also have the in-game sound on, unless I'm in an area with many Kitin as their roars get a bit off-putting after a while.
