akm72 wrote:Why they arn't trying to attack the Infinity is a question to be directed at them, but I doubt it's because Infinity are generous with their OP mats and crystals.
maybe as infinity offer free jewels to all kami, provide crafting services to kami guilds without the means or time, assist in near every OP battle for the kami side, dont exploit the declerations (which is easily done with a few alts).
even our crystal trading seems a better price than yours (re: morgaines post)
we might not be throwing OP mats at people but we do our best to step up and help all kami aligned guilds (from what I seen anyway)
I'd say we dont conduct ourselves too badly tbh and IF someone declares you can guarentee we'll defend our interests,

Which doesn't explain why the Karavan guilds arn't interested in attacking (at least as far as I can see).

Maybe we like outpost distribution the way it is?

So either I'm missing out on something here (doubt it, read entire thread 3 times now), or you just simply failed to state your point clearly, cause I sure don't see it. So, pray tell, what is this thread about?
* I wrote "fair" cause you do not seem to think it is. I however do. Want an outpost? Take it and be prepared to defend it. Can't take** or defend it? Tough luck for you. (I'm using this as general speech, not directed towards Supernovae or anyone in specific.) *
** If you can't take it cause of a false declaration, it kinda sucks. I and many other guilds and people I know frown upon this. At the moment there is nothing you can do about it, but starting a rant about it just makes the community worse. Suck it up and pay them back when they can't do it anymore. **

Greets,
Try it a 4th time.. i dont know how to make it clear..
I don't like oppressed peace?
I have the feeling that when I (with friends i hope) attack an OP in Fyros we are spit out by the (fyros) community?
I am trying to stop that and make it acceptable by everyone that OP's can be attacked and it might be fun.
Atm nothing is really happening in Fyros...
please tell me you understand my point now?

Lots of people are taking outpost challenges very personally now. I would suggest trying to make a friendly guild vs. guild challenge (no non-guildies allowed) and letting everyone in the Fyros community know that is what you intend before you declare. Arrange a mutually agreed upon time to battle. Perhaps offer to give up the outpost after a limited term of a week or so? Such a challenge might be taken positively, at least that was advice I received from several people, too late for my reputation.

Well, why didn't you say that in the first place? I agree totally.

If another guild want to aquire our OP, they should try to buy it off us, not use force. Those guilds who do attack, without just cause, are little better than bandits IMO. On the other hand, I'd prefer not to rely on an exploit to protect it, much better to rely on alliances and mutual defence.
.
I know i said i was done with the topic, but that has to be the most rediculous things i have ever read. You have the nerve to say that anyone wishing to utilize a function in the game that was handed out for us to share or fight over is no better than a bandit? Are you telling me that if you didn't get to that OP first and you werem't able to aquire one that you would sit back and say "oh well". I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!
And you are not relying on alliances for defence you are using an exploit. IMO you are too weak to hold such an OP and if you didn't use the exploit your's is the only guild holding a 250 OP that is incapable of a strong defence, and an alliance of smaller guilds could swoop in and take it from you to share the rewards.
GAH..still can't believe the nerve of you to compare an OP in a game with a RL home. I better stop now before i get my post censored

As far as I know the same thing is happening in Matis as well, as in guilds agree not to attempt to take over each other's outpost in order to protect Karavan interests. In fact I see the opposite of what you are saying, as quite a few Karavan players have expressed to me, proudly, how the Karavan side is united whereas, if you remember, several Kami guilds have attempted to attack other guilds in the desert and the jungle already.
The Karavan players' solution is that they have been actively invading Kami lands. It may be against the principles of several guilds in the desert, yours included, to attack the OP of another guild even if they are in the opposite faction, but that doesn't exactly make them lously people.

I think he meant that you are unable to attack said Fyros OPs beacuse there is a 'false declaration'. I believe if you walk into Matis and check, there is no Outpost that that has a false declaration, and there has not been.
Noin.
