All sorted by emailing Support. I had to cancel the payment to get the payment options up again - I'd been reluctant to try that for fear of losing my 30 days free trial!

Hmcaudle, you might want to try the same as me and cancel your payment from the "Edit Account" option. It worked for me. I then got the option to choose my method of payment and go through that part of the registration process successfully.
