Good abstract of the harvesting changes without the usual "the end is near" undertone.

The IMO most serious problem is that gentle is (still) meaningless. And the mat lvl is rising somewhat too slow during extraction.

Feels kinda like they're making mat specialization required, eh? So you can get full qual.
As far as I can tell gentle actually degrades the sources FASTER in patch one.
I only did limited testing tho. (gentle rate and time, not qual)

1am EST and no sight of it. So much for rumors & conjecture. Nevrax, extend the courtesy to your NA players that you extended to your European ones and tell us WHEN this patch is going live.

No idea when the NA server starts, but EU Patching starts in 2.5 hours, the german patching in 6.5 hours. I would imagine NA starts somewhere in between or later.
