I'd be against content only accessable to those who don't PvP. I think it's petty and vindictive.
I'm for all kinds of content, being made available to any who might enjoy it.
I agree that it's unfortunate that content favored by some and disliked by some wasn't introduced at the same time as other types of content.

There's two ways to cater to everyone.
1 - Provide accessability (and reward) for all types of play within a single event.
2 - Provide several different events for different styles of play.
So I don't see any problem with having some where only RP or technical understanding are rewarded as WELL as ones where ganking is rewarded.

I'd be really disappointed if
anyone here disagreed with that :)
Personally, I'm also hoping that some things entirely different from the new PvP are introduced in Chapter 2. I guess it depends on what else Nevrox has that they're ready to implement. I'm feeling fortunate ATM that what we have so far falls right into the kind of fun I wanted in Ryzom.

Hehe, want a nurse? Slower heal, but more interesting I'd say...
You want yours to be tryker, Jyudas?

My suggestion was sparked by the many, many "Don't like PvP, don't go there" comments made by PvPers to brush off non-PvPers. I just wondered how they would feel if they would receive the same treatment...
I believe in live and let live. All I ask, all I ever asked, from PvP players is that they respect my playstyle. Do that and you can have your deathmatch arena just don't force your preferences onto me....
