And finally the most important question of all, how do you turn off the UI for taking screenshots?

Does anyone remember how to do this? There was definitely a single key to achieve this in the old beta client - Shift+F5 I think. Pressing numpad 0 is all well and good, if you want to look backwards at your char

I looked on the keys window, but couldn't see this, nor could I see how I could map a new keypress to hide the whole UI.

Several people have suggested pressing lots of keys to turn off all windows! Sorry but I'm a programmer and a geek - there is a key to achieve this, and pressing the whole keyboard isn't a replacement for it heh

Az : I'll be going for Zorai again I would think - although I've spent more time in total (including the open beta) in the Fyros lands, I've always chosen a Zorai character. I'll catch up with you soon in-game, most probably at our usual spot

I've emailed Support about the UI key as I tend to take lots of screenshots in games lol. I'll post when they let me know

The clear interface used to be something like shift+F5 ... but I think it was disabled along with all the debug keys at release.

I personally set up a desktop that has no windows showing, only the icon one (which I have yet to find a way to hide). and save it two one of the windows. This allow me to take screen shots.

Yay, good call jonhop I'm sure it's in there still, it was a damn useful key - and this game certainly provides it's share of awesome images (eh Kibs/Absi? )

Well, I'm fairly sure I'll be rolling a new Zorai char, specially since Az will be doing the same. I think Zorai in particular needs a population boost, and if we can bring that about by helping new/trial players, I'll be happy So, as soon as my char is rolled, I'll see you on the Zorai starter island

mehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, bah bah bah (sorry, I am taking medication for that particular affliction...) Well, in laymans terms, they took out the damn key to hide the UI Maybe using the numpad 0 key, along with first-person mode (V or just zoom in fully) will do the trick. Have to play around with that...
