Is there any update on this topic?Team Animation4 - Arispotle

Sounds intteresting and fun. A question however:
If this is implemented, does it mean that, on a Silan mission, when we had the choice to "rat out" the Matis (IIRC) or go along with the story, there would be consequences either way? (just an example question)
I look forward to learning more about this and hope to be able to order a frothy mug of Zorai ale soon.

The Animation initiative is not likely to have any impact on Silan. However, if we see this coming to fruition, then we will see many more Events, and those Events will be more immersive and will have greater potential to impact the history and future of Ryzom.petersk wrote:Sounds intteresting and fun. An example of what Animation has to offer can be seen on the other servers. There are player run governments that have some impact on the regions. The thing I know of is that there are some laws being passed in the Lakelands that govern how homins are to act within a city, the penalty of defiance is loss of civ fame. Possible other potentials of player run governments are things like setting trade rates for vendors and maybe even changing the aggressiveness of guards? It's pretty open right now and I could be wrong on the info a bit, just going by what I've previously heard.
The thing I'm most looking forward to is continual learning of Atysian history, the origins of the Dieties and further stories of our current situation, all wrapped in an excellent, interactive RP delivery .
Peace,
