Get what ya mean komi - but like ppl have already posted.. reading the forums and all the locked / deleted threads has done a far better job of 'scaring away' ppl than this thread. sides - there's some good come of this thread. have we seen -any- fighting going on? at least we can all agree that INGAME is better than what we hear on these forums

.. i havent voted myself nor do i think i will - i'm curious to know what other people think.

we shouldn't hide from whats going on. i agree more events would make a happier populace...

Well the friendly chatter is region is all gone from 2006, not that it has gotten bad routinely, just is no chatter.

During OP battles, however I'd continue to stay in region in 2006, now I find reasons to be somewhere else.

And tho going back even to early 2004, I knew players who had habits I didn't admire (i.e. aggro dropping afk players sitting in OP's), the amount of incidences of mean spiritedness that I have observed is on the rise. Not that it's pervasive, but going from 0 to 2 or 3 a month is significant.

If there used to be chatter in the region chat I can comfirm that has really died. Being a guildless newbie on the ML I was expecting to see a lot more talking going on in Fairhaven but I was WAY off. Kinda disappointing actually =(

Hehe, I see more people chatting in local chat than in region to be honest. Had a wonderful time careplanning in Dyron, yesterday. The forum really gets the worse to come out of the community, but ingame... I rarely so much bickering.

I'd have to vote "other" since I wasn't there in 2006.

Hmm, me too now that you mention it. Which is funny, I seem to remember a while ago there was disappointment in the lack of around chat. I think the custom emotes might of helped alot with sparking off around chat(s), it's fun. :D

One dies and another springs in to life eheh.

After watching beau's video I also realized you can have chat bubbles so that might have helped promoting around chat. I do enjoy those bubbles though =P

Hmm in the end i am not the same player i was a year ago, nor do i play the same avatar so the way i see the community then and now are different NB so i cant vote one way or another.

But one thing i have to add there has always been flames on the forums and always will be... over different subjects/topics at times but it human nature to disagree...
