I have seen Homins being kicked out of game all night. There is something wrong some where. It also takes longer to loginto the game.

How has the magic phone number to wake up th devs? ;)

I've got the very same problems as you Beefy. I freeze up completely about once an hour I'd estimate. Then it takes a long time to reconnect ("Error: Can't connect" message). Sigh.

I have been having problems as well. Much worse this evening between 7 and 9 pm PST. lost connection twice for more than 5 minutes at a time with many short 'waits' between. Rendered the game all but unplayable for me this evening.

Playing from west coast of Canada.

I've gotten two freeze ups like that since Monday but they only last about a minute or a bit longer and then it recovers to running fine again and I'm in Ireland.

Well as an update... For me the servers are good.. except. I get dumped completely several times an evening now.

I've also seen a lotta people no able to connect to the new servers too, haven't quite nailed it down, but it seems the clients can't pick up where the new servers are located?

As I said before, I need traces.
83.141.21.155 would be one Ip in the Datacenter where the Gameservers are hosted.
Asia is a problem, I agree, but you get no DC in Europe or the States that has a decent ping to Asia. The rest should either equal (the ping to London is 25ms) or better.
The more bad traces I get, the better.

Good point:

Go to "Start", "Run" (Or just push Winkey+r). Type cmd in the box and push Intro or click "Open" button.

Then, a console window will appear. Inside you'll type:

tracert 83.141.21.155

And Enter.

And wait for the promp (C:\>, or whathever letter you have) appears. It will take a time, a minute or so.

All this text you can get a screenshot, or much better to send in PM, you can click with rigth mousebutton in the window bar, choose "Edit\Mark", select all the text in the window and then push "Enter".

Then you can paste all of it into the PM to phelan.

Disclaimer: Sorry if some of the options name aren't exactly the same; Where I'm now I only have spanish window, and some points I don't remember from english windows; but I think it's pretty the same.

EDIT: An easier way is type in the console window:

tracert 83.141.21.155 > C:\SORTrace.txt

And then push enter. Wait until promp appears, and then you can go to C: and open a file called "SORTrace.txt" where you have all the text to cut&paste.

And some explanacion of trace:

Internet is a big network make of networks. When you send data or receive it, that data goes along a lot of networks.

I.E: When you type a URL in the web browser, the request goes from your computer to your router, from your router to your local ISP Node, from that, to your central ISP node, from there to another node, and so on, until it reach his destiny.

More are the "hops" (That's how a "jump" from one router to another is called), bigger is the ping.

A "Tracert" (Trace Route) list all the hops in your way from your computer to any destination. If you trace to Ryzom.com, the last part of the trace will be different that if you trace to mmorpg.com, because they are in different networks and so, have diferent routes.
