Man, a homin can't take a day off without someone squeeling on him... the note WAS signed by my umm... err... by my mum of course !
The original question is a loaded one, impossible to answer because it addressed the Karavan. It seems that some Karavan guilds are still trying to take out all the OP's, they just don't want the Kami/neutral OP's and attack other Karavan guilds with Kami/Neutral help...
As a guild holding an outpost we have no need to attack (unless in response to aggression), why take an OP when we have one ? Other than an attack on the guild Nexus for their participation in attacks against their faction (and our allies/our soldiers), Melinoe is not on the "lets attack because we are bored" train. Our allies are under attack at this moment, so we will be equipping for battle and noting those guilds that attack and will attend all retaliatory actions needed.
Maybe one day when the enemy (in whatever form) has poked the tiger enough times, there will be a change in the air and maybe domination will be an issue. Individual guilds will always have to make their own decisions... Anyone can understand that you get tired of seeing the same faces when attacks come in the middle of a workday, you might not feel so bad about ruining the gameplay of them folks by breaking the relatively peaceful times... even if you already own an Outpost.
