Sounds OK with me.
Two suggested points for the agenda: The Homin Rights Act and The Edict of Four Peoples..
1st, The HRA
# Freedom : Consider all homins responsible and free of their acts. Any homin violating the freedom of another will be in breach of the Homin Rights Act.
# Equality : Every homin has an equal right to walk the land, to obtain instruction, to harvest the natural resources, to choose their own destiny, as long as they don't encroach on other homin rights.
# Sharing : We believe that our force lies in our solidarity and that solidarity is borne from sharing. If we could persuade all Jena's children to be like us Trykers the world would be a safer place!
I know the Trykers created it and the Matis signed it in 2518. What about the Zoraï and the Fyros?
2nd, The Edict of the Four Peoples, signed here in Fairhaven in 2515.
What has come of that? How many still believe in it?

This seems like a very good idea. I'll pop my head in, if I may. Have you thought about inviting representatives from the two opposing factions? More specifically, have you invited the Karavan and the Kami? Surely the best way to have our voices heard is to have people there to listen. Including a representative from the Elias group might also be prudent, though they appear to be tough to pin down and may not want to place themselves so close to the Karavan.

I think this may be a good follow up but would be disruptive to the first meeting.
Unfortunately, I can find no texts of the homin rights act or the four peoples treaty.

I think the stump text about Freedom, Equality and Sharing is all that is needed.

A quick reminder on this.
Barring sudden massive invasions or the like, this will go ahead this coming Sunday.
Please promote and lets get as many there as possible.
Cheers.
