Making mounts more useful would be a tremendous plus. Discovering more portals and zones a tremendous plus. Adding depth to the tribes, and making fame mean something, fantastic.

Twisting existing lore and the existing political landscape to keep a group of players happy is a very slippery slope. Why shouldn't Kami's or Karavan's be able to hot wire tickets. They are to dumb because they got religion?

If new stuff is not added does anyone want to still be playing this game in 6 months? I think asking for the developers to focus on increasing nonfactioned 60 fame players so that they can have equal access to the PR is just stupid.

I want new toys. I want new zones. I want invasions. I want story line. I want new cities. I want new portals. I want foragable grass for mounts (didn't know that until this morning). I want new worlds, ships, mounts...etc. I want whole new story lines, villains, allies and unknowns. I want to do and hear about goo research.

I do not want the existing game to be continually changed so that it looks like something is going on. I am sorry but compared to new things I just don't care if someone has to walk an extra distance so they can get to the top level tp spots.

If you look on these forums there is very little evidence to suggest that people are interested in new development. I think as players we should keep the focus on what we want the most. Somehow, I doubt that additional PR tp access is the top of anyone's list.

I am willing to bet that there is a large group of players that would like to be able to help rebuild Atys. Adding the mechanics to rebuild Atys with and without factional help is where the game direction should go.

I would like to see stuff like allowing players to increase the influence and powers of tribes/cities/countries or grind them into dust. If a tribe can change, so can a country, so can a faction, so can a planet.

Gameforge is deciding what direction to go. We are discussing allowing neutrals better PR access.

We eat carebears and teletubbies for dinner and breakfast. (that was ALSO a joke).
And we start each morning chanting:

"Napalm, Napalm

Sticks Like Glue

Sticks to women and babies too"
wow pretty sad that you cannot be who you are and have to specify that something is a joke or in fun without a bunch of people crying and getting there undies in a bunch
so heres to Tigrus lets get a group of factioned homins together and find these nuetrals that had to run to PR and kill em all. show em that they are indeed equal. then lets go kill all the karas we can find, then we can fight eachother, then we can run right into kitin nest and get killed too *breathes heavy* aren't people getting sick of all this bickering yet? mabey they can change things so in order to make a forum post you have to be logged IG and in the matis arena

What should never be missed in this discussion is the fact, that allthough the Karavan and Kami and the characters that follow them might look down upon the neutral characters who refuse to dedicate themselves to a faction, this ought not translate into faction players looking down on neutral players.

Sure: neutral characters should not gain the same gameplay benefits as the dedicated characters that follow either of the K´s. But from a metagame point of view these neutral players should have some acces to a different gameplay instead. We all pay the same amount to play. We are all entitled to equal opportunity for entertainment here!

That is why i think the suggestion to limit teleporters for neutrals even more, while opening up for them to gain increased support and respawn points from tribes is such a great example of this: you limit the neutrals in a way consistent with game lore, but from a metagame point of view you give these players increased opportunity for entertainment by increasing their interaction with the tribes.

That is the way we ought to think about this!
