Also a great way to just whipe out all the harvestors mektoubs out there in the wilderness.. yup.. works great, bam.
Get home from work and look forward to probably loosing my mektoubs, all the mats on them, and start over on rebuilding my inventory, no big deal, part of the storyline.
Lets get cracking.. kill those endless kitin.
Boo Hooo thats all i can say for you and your mektoubs.
note to Doctor Z: I agree with your above post about there being things 24/7 happening having to do with Kitins and such...one reason I started playing was because they said things would change and move around I like it that way more challenging.

Was foraging near Stainmoor in Knot of Dementia about half hour ago ( myob

). Then... along came a bakers dozen of elite raider kincher and great warrior kincher. A check of the online players in the Witherlings shows less than the number of kincher above. Raids would be sweet if there were enough people around to do something about it hehe.

I think you are being a bit harsh for Zums post. Looks to me like he says he had his packers out there and now has to accept responsibility for doing that. "part of the story line" If you think he is a whiner I would advise you to play a bit with the man first. Did he lose them? Yup. Did he have them stabled? Nope. His fault? Uh huh. Is he sad he lost them? I am sure. What does he say? Get back into it.
That said, I think this event has some distinc difficulties which we shall see if it gets straightened out. Great concept, though the implementation is a bit click intensive.

"A bit click intensive". A masterful bit of understatement there. Sarcasm?

It has been suggested by some that in addition to the weapons you get for the claw mission, perhaps for a mere 200 royals you could get a new title, "clickmaster" but I tried to point out that was being saved for earring 250.

Talk about trying to put words between the lines.
The event happened, no big deal, I don't care about any packers that are dead, yes I cared about the materials, and I got that taken care of on my own time.
We all knew an invasion was imanent, yea, I left the mek out there, and of course I read the notes that this was coming, granted I *thought* I had him placed in a safe spot, little did I know that were I had him was the perverbial feeding grounds of the Overlords.
As it stands, I figure I will be max DP and remain max DP until the event is over, why? Because I am trying to make a difference and get the secretion to the proper camp to make materials for the crafters.
The warrior camp should allow us to 'purchase' armor in the same fassion we can 'purchase' weapons, that can be quest armor for the event only.
The event, is though as clicky as it gets, an event.
Its a cruisade, to rid the lands, all 4 main lands, of kitin, well defend against the invasion.
We know what our job is, make the npc's.
Quit focusing on trying to put people down when you do not understand what they type, and start focusing on trying to help defend against the attack.
Focus your negativity into positive energy and you will be a happier person.

What if my negative energy feeds my positive ego? It's like a battery!
If you had worded that better and admitted your fault rather than 'shrugged if off' in order to look like a hero then we wouldn't have written bad stuffs.
BTW Kitin go down in like two hits and I'm pretty sure I get 2k+ exp for them. You don't have to stay with DP as long as you got a good group of 5 with you.
Not all kitin are patrolling. I think the patrols are meant to take over territory. There are advanced scouts in certain areas (BB is one of them) that have Kitin wandering around in an easy enough formation that you can pick them off solo or duo.

At 94 Melee, 2 swings maybe 3 can take down an Elite Kitin, but I net 30 experience, then there are the overlords, those take ALOT of swings from many sources to take down, not 2, I wish it was that easy to just walk up, bam bam, 2k exp.
Please let me know specifically what you kill and where it is so I can port to that area and take it down to whipe out my dp.
