I think that if the story goes on at the point that guilds wars became an important thing (and i hope so really) finding peeps that refuse to ress someone will happen more often (if a member of an enemy guild has DP he will level slower and so will give indirect advantage to MY guild) ,so this attitude will lower

I hope this does not happen it is lame, I will not be denying anyone a Ress that i can ress I would rather have a good community than 15 mins (MAX) Gain over another player.. Takes me 5 mins Max to get rid of DP Via digging.. what is the point in having someone gain a grudge against you for the sake of 5mins xping...
Especially if that player is of my Homin Civilsation why refuse a ress you are weakening your Race and your Faction ( Kami/Karavan) as much as you are helping your Guild... if not more...

Why Spoil the ONLY MMORPG with a good community that spans ALL the races in the game?

Although no one knows what advantages Outposts will do for you or how you will fight over them so this is all Speculation anyway

BUt I like helping others and i will always give a Ress assuming i am alive and not afk :)

This is the absolutely most friendly community i have seen in any game. It
would be really sad if people would start to take money for getting ressed
and some not beeing ressed because they are not a part of the right alliance.

I can say that i would never lower myself to that level, and i hope most others will strive to keep this wonderful spirit we have here. :)

I will happily go out of my way if I can manage it to help someone in need, and I am grateful when they do it to me. Often has it been the case in the grove of confusion where a team will ask for my teams help, we'll run over and help them, 5 mins later the situation is reversed and they happily do the same for us. Kind of a you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours situation. IMO its better to make friends than enemies, and I would help anyone I saw in trouble provided I had the means to do so :)

The charge for res thing is something we were batting around along with other ideas like escort services and other such things. In Game the guild is a Mercenary group, so this kind of thing makes sense.

Its unlikely the res thing will happen though cause it jsut happens too often. I hate to think how many times I've died when out foraging. Still to get some kind of RP out of this kind of thing, like a gentleman's debt, would be nice.

With the new respawn timer you can ress at 2 mins left and not even a cuttler will come back after you :) and if you only cast heals enough to get the player on it's feet you won't be agroed on if the mob(s) come back.. :) except for cuttlers (and maybe varinx, and other mobs that i don't know of :) ) who are very protective, so if they see the resser (35m range i think) they will come after him/her :P

I myself usually ask in my guild, most times someone ports to the place i am :)

I dont think the guild wars will stop rezzing for non members, the people in this game are just too nice about it.
The gentlemans debt as posed by Kostika is a nice idea, but personally I will rez anybody, even if I get chomped doing it, I can work off DP quickly and in the end will have gained a prospective ally :) , So "everyones a winner baby".... :)

The "Gentleman's Debt" is just an RP idea. I alwys go out of my way to help people when they need a res. I won't stop resing people just cause they aren't into the RP part of the game. I'm jsut too nice for that :D
