Well Diggin , the same thing happen to me with the tickets , i was fortunate enough to relog and use the ticket again before i got a dp .

On the other hand , i was most unlucky in many ways , with some major prblems i had caused by bugs . Im not going into details here , pm me ingame ill tell you , but what i do know is, that the Gm's will bend over backwards to help with problems . Thats my experience in anycase .

Having submitted 5 tickets today, I can safely agree with that; TurenKarn and someone from the CSR team both PMd me while I was online to try to help. And thats not including Tigane, who helped my in the "around" chat. (3 out of the 5 tickets were things that have been bugging me for aaages but I haven't had the time or effort to submit them)

Just as a matter of interest helbreat, who was the GM?

the guide tigane.... was as helpfull as she always is always nice to chat with her when you have a bug she is vry understanding if you get wound up too the gm i never got to talk to Tig said it was "souls" not sure if she means souls or soulsnatcher but i tried to pm both after she had spoken to them but both those names seemed to be offline

the thing that really got on my nerves over this is the fact that if you look in the arispotle forum you will see the gm will teleport people for a silly gladiator contest but god forbid they might teleport someone due to a bug.....

I was not trying to use a ticket, but a similar thing happened to me. A mob trying to attack me, I could turn around open and close windows but not move from the spot. So I had to relog thinking it would be certain death, when I relogged there was no mob.

the bugged amounts are starting to annoy me now not sure why random names keep apearing on monsters i was a incesed kipee yesterday :S
