there is .... hit <shift><K> to open your Macro editor. Click on 'New Macro". Click "New Command". and in the first drop down box select Action. In the second box select "Cancel Current Action". Click on the Icon to the left of your new macro and Type "STOP" in the name field and pick out some fancy red backgrounds and patterns for your new stop command. Now drag this down to your "Short Cut" bar and viola yer done.

Yes, with the lower mob damage the hp heals should be accordingly reduced.
