Not noticed any lag myself.

Euhm, im from The Netherlands (thats a country next to Germany ) and i noticed a little longer please waits then normal..... maybe it is just the Cho server?

I’m on Cho and in the UK and have experienced no such problems.

My ping went up by about 50 in any case… not that I’d notice.

And since server switch I can now actually access the Ryzom webpage (and forums)… which was blocking me earlier.

For me the new servers are WAY more stable. I used to get pls waits constantly, and 50% of the time a TP wouldn't complete. I've had no such issues at all since the move monday, and my ping is actually slightly better.

My ping is just a little bit higher but I still don't get any more lag.
I'm on the West coast of the US and it's very playable, but I'll hold off saying everything is fine till after the next big OP battle.

Playing from Canada, the West Coast, also no problems, not even a hint of a lag.

I used to get around 300 ping but now its 600-800. But still playable I guess. I am located in South Asia at the moment but with a reliable t1 connection, would assume any other connection to get at least 1000-1600 ping as that was the result when I tested it on my cousin's system with a normal connection.

Hm, this must be why I get pings at like 4k for no reason(with dial up and a decent computer my ping is usually at around 400-600). Also, it seems to take much longer when I log into the game for things to "catch up." Ya know, when your are logging on and it loads up in your system info saying your in this town, this section of the time, welcome to atys, yadda yadda. Also takes much longer for the avatars to be 'drawn' for me now.

Also, it isn't just Cho. I have been on Arispotle a bit more lately, and that is where I'm experiencing all this. Hmm, maybe I'll check how I "load" on Cho tomorrow, if I remember.

I'm in the States same as Beefy (although, closer to the giant pond, not sure if that matters).

Well I dont really know whats going on, just now about 4 of my guildies and myself all lagged out at the same time, while the others had no difference in play quality. All of us that were booted were US...however I do know this is happening to at least 1-2 euro players i play with as well. Hope this gets sorted soon for those its a problem for. Great game, I just want to be able to stay in the darn thing for more than 5 minutes .
