what happens if said person or people are offline?

We do need to organise something when it happens, say a meeting spot for all homins would be a good idea.

Yrk gates seems a logical place for me, defensable and near a spawn that everyone has.

Course I'll be scouting as always anyway :)

To be honest went through a similar thing on Planetside for the last 18 months with the same discussion i.e. should there me a single Command rank 6.
Sometimes it was required and I was forced to take over command of the Vanu Sovereignty.

However as the age poll has shown the average of the players here is late 20's and in PS its more like 15. I think we are all capable of getting together next time and using the regional channel to gang up on the kitins.

It was our first invasion after all :)

What would be an idea would be for smaller guilds to camp the towns and have the larger guilds move from town to town re-inforcing those who need it.

Guild's internal hierarchy gives opportunity for each guild to discern/distringuish the mates who have the best leader skill.

So a logical High Council will be done with all (and only) Leader of each guilds. It will be really easy to rally people/forces this way.

About people who don't belong to any guild, well, let us hear your voice :D
Guilds are recruiting, or you can be famous by your usefulness ;)

Team can be different from Guild. You can easily split people in homogenous teams (tank/healer/offense)... we just need to know people's ability(ies) ...

While I rushed through the streets of Pyr doing errands for my master I strolled off to the palace once more and found it deserted - as usual.

I wondered why this place of beauty was left out from the activities that made my new hometown buzzing like it a hub of desert wasps....and moreover where our leaders where. The guards in the street seem to be commanded by some low rank officers and so far I had not seen any person that had the slightest aura of aristocracy or noble birth.

People in the streets are reluctant to talk about it and the soldiers only give me a short look through the eyeslits of thier helmets as if there was a secret that everybody knows but no want wants to talk about. That means everybody except for me and the other refugees.

But now I hear stories of a new breed of heroes arising in a distant land. Homins who dont give in to fate but to challenge the foe - whichever it may be. Could it be that our society is in the most fragile of states where there is no true leadership due to death, disaster or intrigue? Could it even be that these heroes will be needed to claim leadership over their people to start a new age of exploration and prosperity?

....or is there a dark secret about the vacant thrones, the empty palaces and the strangers roaming the streets of my hometown without any obvious agenda? A secret so dark that not even the hawkers dare to speak about....

Well - thank you for listening to me my friend, I have to finish crafting these shields now to earn some dapper. May the desert reveal itself to you, my fellow harvester!
