I'm not sure what type of reply/reaction you were expecting, but from reading your post and assuming the way i read it was the way it was supposed to be presented - you wanted to name and shame The Samsara (or the higher members of TS anyways)
The thing (and thankfully) about this community unlike other MMORPG's is that they (generally speaking) will make their own minds up about things. If you were expecting an "OMGosh! what are The Samsara doing" I'm afriad you prob wont get one. Least not from Myself. I know Kos, Jy and the HO's well enough to suggest that their decision to "remove" you from guild would not have been done out of spite.
I also do think that if u did have enough of a reason to be guneily upset. putting it on these forums isnt exactly the best of things, if you feel like you have been bullied/lied to/harassed/whatever, you should follow the appropiate lines rather than just starting what could been seen as a troll/flame thread.

Maybe this should be answered by someone above me, im just a "common" in the Samsara, but I don't think this is a positive way to say goodbye, nor does it fit the Samsara spirit in any way, and so I am happy that people outside the guild came out to defend us. People like Schizm, who i knew long before i got into The Samsara, back in the day when i was on the "other side of the wall" in relation to them. Nevertheless, they were always polite and straightforward whenever i was in contact with them. More, they were always the biggest RP enterpreneurs in Atys, and DUE TO that RP they might be seen as "mercenaries", "ruthless", "money-grabbers" etc etc. I guarantee though that is by no means what they really are, as the events they sponsor cater to a lot of people who get a lot of fun for free, in their game time.
You might have had some problems it seems, but i honestly can't see actions so uncalled for done by the people you say did them actually happen that way. But you feel wronged, and that might be painfull, but trashing a Guild like this at the General forums is just uncalled for. In fact it seems like a desperate attempt of someone with "hidden" motives, although i'm not sure thats the case. Nevertheless, and ABOVE ALL, every guild has policies, rules and routines.. i doubt you fullfilled every aspect of those, or I AM SURE you would not have been kicked out.
Despite all above, i invite you to stay on Atys.. as someone might have interest in your skills, be the sort of player you need etc etc. In my mind though a simple fact remains as a question: "Bootcamp".. but i might be wrong.. i am writing this from work, at the heat of the moment, havent talked to anyone yet about this. All i know is Atys, from the day the server opened, and you couldnt be more wrong.

Eep, er Hiya again merm
i've only teamed with you a couple times, and IMHO i have no hard feelings against you. problem is that Boss Kos says your out and that means your out - your not the first person thats left us, and your not the only person thats been asked to leave - how politely doesnt matter.
when you came into our guild - you knew what we were about - and from the sounds of things.. u liked to "cut up animals and search for XP" - sure who doesnt? but we are an RP guild - not a grinding guild
i invite you to stay on atys, we'd love to have you around - just because of something that happend with the HO/Kostika, doesnt mean you have to deface our guild.
however much of an insult that is to me, i still hope you dont quit completly - if you decide to stick around, then hopefully our paths will meet again. (hey, you dont have to be Merm, at all that - you could always start fresh with a new avatar)

Just as a clarification...I/we have never kicked anyone out of the guild prior to this incident.

Only my two cents, I don't expect/want Guides/GMs/CSRs to interfere in players actions and specially inter/intra guild conflicts as long as the code of conduct is respected.
