The attempts to stop it have been failures; sad, but true. With war coming, we should be fully aligned with our allies. Otherwise, we are divided and we will lose. Only through unity with ourselves and our friends can we hope to remain free.
If this were true, then all Tryker guild would be karavan. They aren't. There are both Kami and Neutral ones, so you are already divided. A united Tryker nation would require setting aside faction, making kami, karavan and neutral your allies and focusing only on national pride.

I'm not saying throw aside you religion, but instead decide which is more important. An entirely Tryker owned lakelands or an entirely Karavan tryker? It would be very difficult to have both.

I am wondering- do the Tryker nation have any self-esteem left?

They are quite clearly falling under the same trick, the same unlucky card that was dealt before. I am sure that they haven't forgotten what happened in the past, how their families were once captured and made to live a life of slavery.

By who? Just incase they have forgotten it was the people that this thread seems to suggest as the people they stand shoulder to waist with - the Matis!

I urge the people of aeden aqueous to realise that they are being taken for fools again! Only this time it seems that the Karavan and the false prophet Jena (conjuered by a wily Matisian I am sure) are the cloak the matis hide behind!

The Matis have already invaded your lands and taken control of Whirling Stronghold.

It isn't too late to redeem youselves! The Zorai and the Fyros will help you defeat slavery. It is vital that you dont fall into the same trap and lose your racial credibility! That will be a sad day!

Ah, yes.

Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt... the Kami ways. Always apparently well behaved, caring for a fragile balance, their true intentions never revealed. What are those speeches I heard? trying to cause anger, fear, and hatred?

We Matis have learnt from our mistakes in the past. As king Yrkanis put it, the Tryker are our brothers and together we shall prepare the coming of Jena.

Always a clever way to twist the truth!

Small request, can people please stop speaking on behalf of a group they do not represent?

Pero is the guildleader of Aedan Artisans, he speaks for his guild. He cannot speak for all Tryker.
Jelathnia, as an HO can she speak for her guild?
Oudknoei, you keep speaking of us and we. Are you the guildleader for Pegasus Foundation or are you in any other way assigned as a spokeshomin?
Alibasil is appointed ambassador for Fyros *and* Zorai?
Rushin speaks for the Kami...
Anissa speaks for the Matis...

In fact, the two that choose their words best and kept their opinions and views as views and opions of themself are DoubleTap and Morgaine.

And for me, only I can speak for me and I cannot speak with the voice of the unheared masses.

Oudknoei, you keep speaking of us and we. Are you the guildleader for OmegaV or are you in any other way assigned as a spokeshomin?

If this is anything to go on I think you need your reading receptacles checked, infact OmegaV is not even mentioned in his post.
As for who he speaks for, it is quite clear from his wording that he is speaking with his own belief of how Trykers should stand united.
Oh and he is a High Officer in Pegasus Foundation just incase his signature isnt actually clear enough on that.

Try looking at things from all angles and re-reading things too so facts are not misplaced before posting about them and coming off sounding more hypocritical than anyone else.

You tell others not to speak on behalf of others - yet if it is what they believe is the best for themselves and their race, then they are entitled to speaking it aloud. Afterall is'nt free speech a part of what been free is about?
Or is this a do as I say not do as I do situation?

Sorry if I sound offensive at all, I do not intend to, but I don't like when others are told what they can and cannot say (as long as the language is kept civil) when the arguement is about Freedom of all things. Everyone should have the freedom to say what they want, if that is what they truly believe, even if you don't like it.

The above is all my own personal view, stated clearly here just so it doesnt get confused as some major guild statement and taken as I am talking for every homin on the planet.

Imho, you took it a bit too far, mixing IC and OCC. First, some of us just jumped a bit on the RP bandwagon, and I'm unsure if your post was IC or OOC. Second... wrt your request... well, I should take it when someone says "we are human, we all make mistakes" literally and assume he's humanity spokesperson? is he speaking on behalf of all?. Likewise if I say "we Matis tend to be arrogant" is that the same? what if a Fyros says "Matis are arrogant", is the Fyros speaking on behalf of a group he does not represent? If you say "Tryker are free", are you? one can affirm a generic statement without representing anyone.

c'mon

...

Rushin speaks for the Kami...
OOC:
with the greatest respect..
we are all chatting in character, and representing our viewpoints. I've been enjoying this thread a lot.

I *do* represent the kami, rushin is a devoutly relegious Zorai, she is a Kami Champion and has spent most of her life serving and working for Ma-Duk. She has studied the lore, built almost perfect fame with the Kami and Zorai, participated in all available events both action and rp that concern her. She regularly explains the Kami beliefs to those new to our world, and encourages those around to embrace the wisdom of Ma-Duk.

To suggest I (or anyone else) can't have a viewpoint, or maybe express that view is not acceptable, especially on a public forum - so request denied I'm afraid.

Not trying to agrue, simply putting forth my reasons for posting. The idea was not for ppl to read it and agree with me, but to take part in some in-character discussion which i get a lot of enjoyment from ;-)
